Black food coloring
Add three drops of food coloring to the bowl of water. Repeat the following chant
"Spirits, guide me by the hand
To the mystical astral land

In the hidden spirit world.

As I take this astral flight.
Reveal the future accurately
Guide me to my destiny!"
