~Bottle

~Broom & Dust pan

~Elemental Stones

~White, Blue, and Green Candles

Ritual Action:
~Cast circle

~Chant:

By the Power of 3x3

This spell bound around shall be

To cause no harm, no return on me

~Assemble Stones and Candles on your alter

~While pouring spice into the bottle, chant:
Keeping spicy feelings to myself, is bad for magick and my health. Keeping pain bottled up inside will happen no more. I will guide the pain away to a purifying place. Here the power of three will embrace its powers to let it be seen no more. Goddess make it happen I implore. While the pain flows with the seas, to be seen no more so mote it be!

~take the bottle and move it in a circle, widdershins, three times and say, "I will feel no more pain.
~Pour the spice on the ground and say, "I sweep you away, never return."
~Empty it outside.
~If possible, smash the bottle as a sign of no longer bottling your pain. If you can't, dispose of the bottle properly.
